No. Chairs will be available to rent for $5. (Pod purchasers will be provided with chairs.)

PARKING IS LIMITED. City parking is available along Washington Ave or where otherwise found.
No. We recommend wearing a mask in congested areas, but there are no restrictions or requirements. Please stay home if you are feeling sick or know you have been exposed to COVID-19.
We will have security on site who are looking out for your safety. Bags are checked at the entrance.
VENDOR FAQS
Vendor applications closed on Friday, April 15.
NO, you must bring all of your own set-up equipment. There is no electrical hook-up.
Each vendor will get a 10x10ft space.
Once you are selected to be a vendor, we will reach out with load in / load out information.
Parking is limited behind Sophies Lounge. Limit 1 car per vendor.
All trash produced by vendors must be disposed of properly off site. No dumping of oil, grease, or trash on site.
POD FAQS
Please look for an email from STLFest which includes a Google Form and fill it out at your earliest convenience. On the day of the event, please make sure all members of your party arrive together for pod check-in.
Ushers will direct your entire party to your pod when you arrive.
Only people listed with your pod purchase are allowed within your pod.
- 9×9 feet of uninterrupted fun for you and your party!
- Chairs are included upon request.
The maximum number of guests that are allowed in a pod is six. You cannot add extra people to your pod. Our staff will be checking wristbands to ensure that pods are not over-crowded.
Yes! When you check in, please ask for the number of chairs you would like.
